
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy - Group Therapy
DBT skills training is a weekly group, run like a class, which teaches skills across four main topics: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills. Clients are required to complete homework assignments in which they practice the skills taught during the weekly lesson.

In office or online attendance: The convenient hybrid model ensures that you can easily integrate therapy into your weekly routine by attending online or in person in sheikh Zayed. So if for any reason you can't come to the office you may opt to take that session online on our conference call and still see hear and participate with the rest of the group members.
